One more tiger may be disoppointed by a Glass frame at a Russian zoo. When a woman posing for a photo received the fright of her life after a tiger lunged at her only to be stopped by its glass enclosure.
The unidentified woman was posing for a photo at a Russian zoo while sitting with her back to the white tiger's enclosure.
When the big cat notices the intruder in its territory it begins to slowly walk over towards her.
The woman continues to look towards the camera despite children being heard in the background giggling as the tiger moves ever closer.
With the big cat now just inches from her the tourist decides to look over her shoulder, which seems to startle the tiger.
It suddenly launches itself at the woman, rising high on its back legs. Luckily for the woman and the people behind the camera the tiger's enclosure does its job, as the big cat slams into the glass which separates them.
Despite being in no real danger the woman can be seen jumping away from the tiger while screaming at the top of her voice.
Watch the video below.

The footage comes days after a similar video was taken at a zoo in Chiba, Japan, which showed a little boy turning his back on a lion enclosure only for the cat to charge forward and pounce.

What happens when a man has an unexpected rendezvous with a panther? One would expect the meeting to end up in bloodshed, but here's footage that will literally give you chills in the climax.

At first, it looks like the man in the video is doomed as a full grown panther stalks him from behind while he leans against a wall and speaks in Spanish.

The wild cat slowly approaches this man and pounces on him, but before anything gets ugly the man turns around and catches the panther in his arms. Turns out, the two are friends, and what follows later is totally unbelievable - the human and his panther exchange kisses!

the panther named Kal-El (christened after Superman's birth name) is one of the many animals saved by the Black Jaguar-White Tiger Foundation. The man in the video is Eduardo Serio, founder of the organization, who is equally friendly with other wild animals like leopards, tigers and lions.

India, China and The Chabahar Port

11:07:00 PM
top

India stuns China by signing agreement with Iran to develop chabahar port. China already developed and acquired operational control of the Pakistan's Gwadar port, Which is between Karachi and chabahar. Recently china planned to develop Chabahar port for its control over shipment in the pursian gulf .

Only last month, a Chinese consortium visited the Chabahar free trade zone and expressed interest in developing the port and also building an industrial town there. The head of the Chinese consortium which visited Chabahar was quoted as having said that Chinese companies were eager to invest in the strategically located port.

This followed the visit by Chinese President Xi Jinping to Iran in January this year when the two countries mentioned in their joint statement development of ports as one of the areas where they could have tangible cooperation.

The intergovernmental MoU signed by Union minister Nitin Gadkari last year for developing Chabahar was also seen as India's response to the interest shown in the Iranian port by China Harbour Engineering Company which runs the Gwadar port in Pakistan.

India had to move quickly in the past few months not just to sign the contract between IPGPL (India Ports Global Private Limited) and Iranian firm Arya Banader but also a confirmation statement between EXIM Bank and Central Bank of Iran confirming availability of credit up to Rs 3,000 crore for the import of steel rails and implementation of India's Chabahar port commitment.
According to Indian officials, the contract envisages India's investment and participation in the first phase of Chabahar port which involves development of two terminals and five berths with multi-cargo capacity. The contract also comes with specific timelines for its implementation.

India's desperation to seal the contract, in fact, also stemmed from Iran's own conduct in the past few months with Tehran seemingly playing both ends for a while. Even after India had signed the MoU for developing Chabahar last year, Iran's ambassador to India Gholamreza Ansari had warned that India needed to look at benefiting from business opportunities in Iran, once the international sanctions on Tehran were lifted, and not waste time in "cheap negotiations".

The Sistan and Baluchestan governor, Ali Osat Hashemi, hosted another Chinese delegation at Chabahar in October 2015 and announced that Iran would be glad to work with Beijing and provide it with lucrative business opportunities as it had always stood by Iran. He had said he would discuss investment possibilities in Chabahar with both China and Pakistan.

Any sizeable presence of the Chinese in Chabahar will be resented by India even as Beijing's presence grows elsewhere in Iran.
Unlike India, Iran has welcomed China's Maritime Silk Road initiative and, compared to its annual trade volume of $9 billion with India, Iran's trade with China stands at $52 billion. According to many in the government, Chabahar is also important for India to break free from its strategic encirclement by China, which not only controls the Gwadar port but has also restored its presence in Colombo and Hambantota in Sri Lanka.

China Rail : Dragon country planning to link railway with India

4:29:00 AM

On one side India is trying to cut down Chinese influence. But on anther side china proving its supremacy. Once India’s close aid and border country Nepal already maintaining  distance with Delhi and improved ties with Beijing. China laid road and rail ways to nepal from tibet and helping mountain country as much as possible. It has a plan to use nepal as their base camp against India whenever situation needs.
Now, Surprisingly china government planning to link bihar with their rail network to improve connectivity with India and South Asia, state-run Chinese media reported today. A cross-border railroad link to the Rasuwagadhi area in Nepal has already been discussed between the two countries.

China's railroad is expected to reach Nepal border by 2020, an article in the state-run Global Times said. This rail line makes it possible to connect China to India as from Rasuwagadhi to Birgunj, which borders Bihar is only 240 km, the article said. For Bihar, trade with China through the rail link will be easier along this route than through Kolkata, saving time, cost and distance, it said. "The railroad connection to China not only is important for Nepal and Nepalese people's future development, but also has the capacity to build connectivity with the whole of South Asia. The government of Nepal has the chance to make history," the article said.

But there is no clear statement regarding this rail link from Indian government side.
